I can't say that I would have bought it for the MSRP of $400 because I probably would want a 12" sub at that price level, but for the price I paid the performance is hard to beat. This sub looks great (very classy finish) and sounds even better. I have it paired with a set of Energy's Take Classic speakers and everything blends very well. The sound is clean and crisp. This sub hits hard and deep and is great for both movies and music. If you can get it at the Vann's price, don't hesitate to pull the trigger!
