Well, it worked great - until it didn't. After less than a month, it cut out on me right in the middle of teaching a webinar. I disconnected / reconnected everything and it came back. And then again - on another critical phone call - it cut out on me! This time, nothing would bring it back to life
GN Netcom's technical support staff said to ship it all back.
I did, and about ten days later (no option for expedited shipping, which I would have gladly paid) I received - a collection of random stuff. An amplifier, two sets of every cable - but no headset.
The amplifier came with a sticker on it that effectively lowered my warranty time by four months - on a product that had already had reliability problems. Not that it did me any good without the headset.
I'm now waiting to see how long it takes to get a call back from the repair center to see what happened with the headset.
