(More customer reviews)I have a fish camp in an area that has weak cellular coverage. Calls would be dropped almost 100% of the time as there was just enough of a signal to make the call and get connected. However, as soon has you move or change directions the call would drop. I installed this in my truck with a magnet mount antenna on the top of the truck and flat interior antenna on the center armrest in the cab. When I need the extra coverage I turn it on and within a couple minutes I go from one bar to three to four.
To get the best performance from an amplifier you really have to follow the installation instructions and get good separation from your antennas.
