(More customer reviews)i bought this amp brand new and everything appeared to be okay when it arrived. packaging was good. there were a few smudges here and there on the amp but at first i thought nothing of it. i figured it may be because of the packaging. but i wouldn't be suprised if this amp had been used before.
i did nothing wrong when installing the amp. i have experience with several amplifiers and none of which i had problems with. but with this amp as soon as i turned it on it went into protect. even with no subwoofers connected so there was no ohm load on the amp and the protect led was still on. this should not happen. then when i tried setting my gains with my oscilloscope i could not turn the gain or bass boost up past about 10 o clock before the amp started making a bad sound coming from within the amp.
i thought this was going to be a great amp. i've heard great things about this amp maybe if it was ordered directly from lanzar or somewhere else it would work okay. i dont know what happened to the amp but it turned out to be a bust for me!
